The firm structures and arranges non-recourse senior-secured debt, gap finance, preferred equity, mezzanine debt and sale-leasebacks for commercial real estate owner-operators across the United States. Our corporate finance advisory practice provides access to project finance and trade credit facilities with a focus on renewable energy & commodities. As principal, we selectively acquire trade claims and distressed debt.
Our relationships with capital providers include conduits, special situation funds, mezzanine funds, equity REITs, mortgage REITs and commercial banks.
