As an intermediary, our advisory services are focused exclusively on middle-market transactions. We provide independent debt advisory and restructuring services, and assist clients seeking new credit facilities to fund acquisitions, expansions, ownership transitions, and liquidity events.

 

The firm structures and arranges non-recourse senior-secured debt, gap finance, preferred equity, mezzanine credit facilities and sale-leasebacks for commercial real estate owner-operators and developers across the United States. 

 

Our relationships with capital providers include conduits, special situation funds, mezzanine funds, equity REITs, mortgage REITs and commercial banks.
