​​Established in 2017, Roundstone Funding is a privately-held New York-based commercial real estate investment banking firm. As an intermediary, our advisory services are focused exclusively on middle-market transactions. We provide independent debt advisory and restructuring services, and assist clients seeking new credit facilities to fund acquisitions, expansions, ownership transitions, and liquidity events.​

The firm structures and arranges non-recourse senior-secured debt, gap finance, preferred equity, mezzanine debt and sale-leasebacks for commercial real estate owner-operators across the United States. Our corporate finance advisory practice provides access to venture debt, project finance and trade credit facilities with a focus on renewable energy & commodities. As principal, we selectively ​acquire ​trade claims​ and ​distressed debt​.

Our relationships with capital providers include conduits, special situation funds, mezzanine funds, equity REITs, mortgage REITs and commercial banks.

  • 25-30 year amortizations
